Upon receiving your order, you have a 14-day to decide if it’s the perfect fit. However, for hygiene and legal reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings. If you’d like to return an item just drop us an email to intiate the process. To qualify for a return, make sure the piece is unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless there was an error our part. To ensure your return reaches ussafely, we highly recommend using tracked and insured delivery, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost via post.

Please note, there is a $10.00 return fee deducted from returns to the original payment method. Additionally upgraded /international outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

We have a six month warranty on products. This does not items damaged by improper use or accidental breakage.

Please email us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However,depending on the stage of the shipment process, it may not be feasible. We will not be able to change order after purchase; unless to an item of the same style. Ie we can change colour finish or size.
